Willow Brook Barn - (completion and sale listing September 2025)

Several weeks each summer in my youth were spent on my Pap's and Granny's  farm in Madison County, NC and the heart of the farm was the old barn. It was a mountain Cathedral of sorts . . . neat old tractors, tools, dairy stalls and such.  Hay bales, curing tobacco hanging way up in the air, and varied Livestock shared the big open space.  While Pap's old barn is no longer what it once was, Bullman Homes seeks to recapture that mystique by converting an old dairy barn into a 3600 square foot 3 level blend of history, rustic charm and modern design.  This barn was part of a dairy farm that  was among the first used by Biltmore Dairy decades ago, and this unique project to repurpose became quite the Labor of Love.   The original structure was kept mostly in tact, repaired and shored where needed and carefully guided through Engineering. Preservation and Repurpose throughout.
